With a track record of managing over 25 public listings and advising on transactions exceeding $100 billion, Adam’s expertise spans M&A, strategic advice, and executive leadership across various industries.
His accomplished background includes founding multiple successful businesses including investment banking firms, practising law at a top-tier global firm, and holding key executive positions in both private and public companies.
A prior WA Business News 40 Under 40 winner, Adam holds advanced degrees and qualifications from prestigious institutions, including Harvard and Oxford. His commitment to fostering innovation and leadership is evident through his involvement with Stanford University's Spark Co-Lab Australian accelerator and various industry advisory, government and charitable boards.
Demetrios has 25 years of industry experience initially commencing in analytical and advisory roles, where he provided strategic and investment advice to high net worth individuals, corporations and charities.
Demetrios was the founder of an industrial company and led it to listing on the ASX by way of a reverse merger in 2015, holding the Managing Director role of the public company for seven years where it grew to be the largest independent company in its sector. During this period, he was responsible for the acquisition and integration of over 50 private companies into the group, which has given him deep expertise in this process. Combining technical experience along with the journey of a founder, Demetrios has built solid commercial acumen and an invaluable network of corporate and financial contacts that are essential to creating successful outcomes.
Demetrios holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Banking along with post graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Investment (Portfolio Management). Demetrios is a Fellow of FINSIA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
With nearly three decades of experience in corporate advisory at leading investment banks in London and Sydney, Simon has a track record of advising corporations, investors and governments on strategy, M&A, policy, and major project developments, predominantly focused on infrastructure.
This includes advising leading global investors, completing $24 billion of successful transactions (including the Australian Financial Review’s CFO Awards M&A Deal of the Year in 2010), working across almost all infrastructure asset classes, and advising on the development and optimisation of over $100 billion of infrastructure projects and corporate situations.
Training, and wellbeing of his colleagues is of great importance to Simon, and he has held senior roles managing these matters within flagship offices and across regions. Simon holds a bachelor’s degree and two post graduate qualifications in finance. Simon received the Western Australian of the Year award in 1995, in the youth category.
